What is Communication?
Communication is a process by which information is exchanged between individuals through a common system of symbols, signs or information.
The method or format chosen to share the message should-
• Clearly define the message (try to keep it to one key idea)
• Carefully identify the target audience. (be very specific)

In our daily Life, 80% of working involves communication and good Communication can be achieved with -
Good Listening
• Good Speaking
• Good Reading
• And good Writing

Communication is the Key!
• No matter how good the idea is, it won’t go anywhere unless you can get others to believe
• Keys to successful communication:
• Have something to say (and believe in it)
• Figure out how to organize it
• Figure out how to SAY it
• Practice, practice , practice (rewrite, rewrite, rewrite)
• Deliver the goods
• The message you are trying to convey may not necessarily be the one that the others end up with.
• The way that you say things is as important, or more important, than what you are saying.
• Others believe more about your body language while you are talking, than they do about the words you are saying.
• If what you are saying, or the way you are saying it, makes the others defensive, he/she will stop listening
